Does CiviRoute work without internet?
Yes — maps, routing and the hazard layer are pre-downloaded for offline use. Reports are saved on the device and sync as soon as connectivity returns.
How do I earn from reports (CiviPoints)?
Reporting is free — no stake. CiviPoints are awarded once three witnesses and AI verification pass. False reports lose trust score.
How does a complaint reach the government?
AI classifies the severity and routes it to the right department (Municipal/PWD/NHAI). An SLA clock starts, and you verify or dispute the repair photo.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Bengali — in both voice guidance and the UI.
What about my privacy?
Faces and number plates are blurred at capture time, location data is handled in line with DPDP, and session tokens stay in hardware-backed secure storage.
